A substantial space has been designed for Karachi Shipyard & Engineering
Works (KS&EW) Corner. PMM has the honour to display the only Shipyard
and oldest heavy Mechanical Engineering facility of Pakistan which was
established in 1956. The corner is based on hexagonal display boxes
which exhibit the development work of KS&EW through models and pictorial
views in different portfolios like Ship Building, Ships Repairs &
Refurbishment and Shipyard Training School. Two LED TV screens are also
installed in the gallery to display KS&EW achievements through
documentaries.
