On the ground floor, visitors can see the traditional boats of our region. The main purpose of these boats are to show the socio-economic and cultural life of fishermen through working models of males and females. These traditional boats are still being used as a fishing boats in Sindh. The representation of boats at PMM also reminds the depiction of boats on Indus Valley seals and miniature boats which were excavated from Moen-Jo-Daro.
