Community Centre

PN Community Centre is utilized for holding PN official functions, welfare activities related program for the families of troops, wedding events of PN personnel and their wards to accommodate guests up to 1500 in Hall A , B & C.

Auditorium

The auditorium is the perfect choice for documentaries, educational activities/ lectures, seminars, keynote addresses and performances etc. Its 60 seats capacity offers a full stage, audio-visual technology and fully customizable lighting.

PN Central Library

Pakistan Navy Central Library is located on ground floor of Pakistan Maritime Museum. The library is surrounded by lush green lawns which provide it with a secure and comfortable environment. The library is fully air conditioned with free internet facility. PNCL has 30 x research cubicles for its members. It has a Discussion hall, distinct children corner, free parking and a separate entrance gate for the members. PNCL membership is available for PN Personnel and civilians (membership form). The library opens seven days a week. Timings are as below:
Monday – Thursday: 0800 – 2000
Friday: 0800 – 1300 Saturday & Sunday: 0900 – 1800

Recreational Park

The Concept of edutainment is fully implemented at PMM. Visitors can learn and entertain at the same venue along their families.

Souvenir & Gift Shop

The museum has a Souvenir & Gift shop on the right side of the main exhibit building. Visitors can buy souvenirs, memorabilia, and a variety of items/ gifts from the shop.

Lake

A beautiful lake is also available for the entertainment and amusement of the visitors with live fish and ducks. Visitors can also enjoy paddle boating here.

Mosque

The museum has a facility of the mosque for the male and female separately.

History & Archive Centre

PN History & Archive Centre

PN H & AC is an independent entity constituted as a component of the NHQ in 2020. It is located in the ambiance of the Maritime Museum where researchers and historians can obtain first-hand facts, data, and evidence from letters, reports, files, notes, photographs, personal memoirs/ diaries and other authentic primary sources. The Centre preserves and maintains these documents and ensures their availability to researchers/ historians so that they discover the Navy’s heritage and understand the vital role played by the Navy as a valuable contribution to the Nation.

Lawns/ Parks

Good quality lawns with sitting facilities are available for the visitors to spend quality time in the museum premises.

PNWA Souvenir Shop

The museum has a PNWA Souvenir shop on the right side of the main entrance gate. Visitors can buy souvenirs, memorabilia, and a variety of items/ gifts from the shop.

PNWA Tuc Shop

The museum has a PNWA Tuc shop on the right side of the main entrance gate. Visitors can buy souvenirs, handicrafts, different household items with traditional hand embroidery, and a variety of gift items from the shop. The sale of the shop is dedicated for the welfare of Shuhda’s families.

Food Zone

A variety of food items are available at the food zone where one eat delicious Biryani, Burgers, Fries, Pani Puri, Chana Chat, Miscellaneous Snacks and BBQ. A separate hall is also available at the food zone for small family events like birthdays etc.

Parking

Considerable space is available for parking vehicles for visitors.

Security

Visitors can feel secure in the vicinity of the museum as Pakistan Navy Police Staff (PNP) are deployed for public security.

Filter Water Plant

Filter water plant is also available for the general public free of cost.
